I was up in Traverse City for Iceman weekend, www.iceman.com, photographing the race for Velo News Magazine, velonews.com/race/mtn/articles/11152.0.html, and promoting my team, konamidwestracing.com.Then Sunday while many men my age, I'm 39 if you don't know, are sitting on the couch watching football or playing golf, ugh, I was ridng and jumping my downhill bike. For that those that don't know downhill bikes are like motorcycles without motors. We are not talking k-mart bikes eaither. These bikes cost from $3000 to $6000! Man I'm glad I have a sponsor and don't have to pay retail! I will never be a golfer thank god! It was such a great weekend I just wish alice and the kids were there.
