Max and I went to Maybury State Park for a bike ride today. We hit a small section of the mountain bike trail that we did once before about a week ago and he loves it! No crashes, oh except when he was screwing around on the paved bike path. He did scare himself and me once on a downhill when he took his feet off the pedals and of course could not stop because the bike has coaster brakes. He was heading right for a tree but missed it. It sacred him enough that he was starting to cry but he was doing everything he could to not cry. He told me once "bikers don't cry." Not sure where he got that because I never said it to him.
Anyway I can't wait until he is a couple years older and can do the whole trail on his first mountain bike. Remember he is only 4.
